If I purchase Nanea resale, what are the limitations of usage?

You can only use the “options” at Nanea. No ability to book a differentresort. No ability to convert to Marriott hotel,points. You can stillbook 12 months out. You are basically restricted to use that resale time only at Nanea. Read more »

I am looking at listings at Nanea. I am not familiar at all with thepoints system. When you buy a resale, are you actually buying access to aspecific type of unit (2bedroom ocean view, 3bedroom oceanfront) or areyou simply buying a set amount of points? Then those points allow you tobook ___ type of room? I like the resort and have booked a couple ofdifferent weeks over the years. Wondering when the breakeven point wouldbe if I want to stay there for one week every year. Any advice would bemuch appreciated.
