Terrific resort. Great place to vacation. Hot year round with beautiful palm trees and a golf course across the street. Big units maintained impeccably. No amenities beyond a pool and free video rentals. Friendly people at desk. And the best part, Brownsville is a stupidly cheap city. The prices were 30% or more less than anywhere we've ever been. $3. for a movie. $20 for an amazing Argentinian Steak House. All restaurants were super cheap. And the city was nice. DEFINITELY go back there again. Oh, the golf... did I mention it was $18 per person WITH drive cart after 2pm? Beautiful course too. Remarkable.

We were there in November. The condos are really very nice, furnishings are quite lovely & really clean. Just really easy access to everything. Management were also very friendly. I highly recommend.
