Cimarron Golf Resort Reviews & Ratings

Cimarron Resort is ideally situated in Palm Springs. A great driving range and two courses to practice your skills. Close to all amenities. A 10 to 15 minute ride to the airport and/or downtown. Easy access to all Palm Springs activities. February is an ideal month for visiting.

Stayed at this resort in 2014. It is a smaller resort with only one pool but it was excellent. Can't tell you how clean the resort is and well kept. Not a speck of garbage. Very well manicured. BBQ area was cleaned every day. BBQ was spotless. Units are large. We had a two bedroom that overlooked the pool. Nice patio in front and back for different parts of the day. Beds were comfortable and a nice, quiet location convenient to everything. Husband enjoyed the golf course. Rates were great for those staying at the resort. Would stay again!!

Just return from a weekend ( 6/30-7/3/2006) at the Cimarron Golf Resort. Check-in was swift and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We had a 2bd 2ba for the 4 of us, the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The 2nd bd has its own large balcony and microwave which was nice and a great feature for two couples having a getaway weekend. The pools were nice and clean as well as the grounds. All 40 or so units have there own garage - just like home. The down fall: The decor is DATED!!! I mean 80's late 70's. As nice as this resort is there is no reason for the decor to look so dated. Other than that we had a very nice time. Having 2nd thoughts on returning, yes because of the dated decor. The spreads on the beds looked like a Motel 6 or something.

My wife & I stayed here 7/11/03 to 7/18/03. We had a two bed, two bath unit. The living room has a door to the second bedroom that has it's own bath room with a small kitchenette complete with microwave, sink area & small refrigerator. There are two TV's in the second bedroom, divided by a wall where the queen bed and couch bed are located. (sleeps 4) This room also has an outside door access. The living room has a TV w/VCR, a couch bed, sleeps two, with another couch that can be used for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped w/microwave, stove, oven, fullsize refrig., plates, flatware, coffee pot etc. The master bedroom has a King size bed and another TV..... that's 4TVs. The Master bath is very large w/tup & shower.

The staff on site are very friendly and helpful. They have loved working here for three years since the resort was opened.

One of the biggest advantages was we had our own attached Two Car garage and laundry facilities. However there is NO BAR or Snakebar facilities. Since this condo sleeps up to 8 to 9 people it is great for family and friends. Have fun!!!!!
