Beautiful top floor unit with great view of Cocoa Beach Pier and rocket launches. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On site pool with jacuzzi. Walking distance to many restaurants and night life.

This hidden gem is close to all the activities, has beach access and a great pool area. The one bedroom unit is exceptionally large and features a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a large balcony. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. With only 28 units, the resort feels cozy.

Have stayed at this resort since 2013 numerous times in a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom. The he one bedroom has an additional queen Murphy bed and a queen pullout sofa bed that sleeps 5-6 people. Fantastic place

We were there in late August 2007 (beastly hot and humid, but bearable) and I can confirm everything everyone else said three or four years ago about Las Olas.

It is still a slam dunk five star facility. Don't miss it if you get a chance to stay there.

We stayed and we wanted to buy. The staff sought out owers of multiple weeks and we had the good fortune to buy a corner ocean unit. You will rarely see an opening here on Red Week for rent and minmal for sale. The facility, furnishings and staff are first rate because its family managed. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Pier. They even have a parking garage. There are oraganized activties if you want (you'll find yourself involved with the pool activities even if your not normally an activities person). The staff is better than the Bitter End Yacht Club, that good. If you ever get a chance at a rental, grab it. We got on from a wait list. Normally you need to directly request (wait list) a rental a year in advance, but you might get lucky too. Las Olas is always ranked with max stars or numbers on any of the seach techniques you'll see why for yourself if you frequented other places. I'm constantly hounded by phone & email by buyers. What an exceptional place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The neighbors are warm, friendly and very hospitable, especially at the BBQ's. We really enjoyed the pot luck evenings. The location is to die for. Beautiful beach, walking distance to grocery stores, liquor store etc ....

From the first moment we arrived, it was like arriving at home. We will be back, and most likely as owners instead of renters.
