This facility seems like a motel which was converted to timeshare at some point. Located very close to Times Square and the Fishing Pier at the northern end of Fort Myers Beach (a.k.a. Estero Island). Bowditch Park (a Lee County park with plenty of beach frontage and bordering Matanzas Pass) is not far away at the northern tip of Estero Island, on this same street (Estero Blvd). Bowditch Park is very nice, has bathrooms and a concession stand and is never really overcrowded, since there is a limited amount of parking available there and there are NO other vehicle parking options ANYWHERE nearby.

This is certainly a great location if you want to be within walking distance of the beach and The Pier and close to the establishments and activity in and around Times Square. Just be mindful and aware in advance that this seems to be basically a converted motel, so you would be well advised to temper your expectations accordingly.
