Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park Reviews & Ratings

We spent a week here with our 5 children and they had sooo much fun between the water park and arcade. It was wonderfully placed between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg it was only 10 mins either way! There are so many things to do! With the amazing discounts we were able to do so much more even off the resort, and the full kitchen made feeding a family of 7 cheap and a piece of cake! The kids cannot wait to go back.

We love this resort, accommodations are always clean & comfortable and it's convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We are avid motorcycle riders so we spend most days exploring all the great riding trails of Tennessee and South Carolina.

We have been Westgate owners for several years. Every year we look forward to staying at this resort so we can relax and enjoy the sites and attractions in Gatlinburg.

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort is in an amazingly beautiful location. Our assigned units are near the top of the mountain with beautiful views. With the activities available, including the indoor waterpark, outdoor heated pools, zip line, game room, spa, etc, you need never leave the resort!! However, Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are calling . . . This is a great place to vacation for all ages!

This is a beautiful resort, very close to the Smoky Mountain National Park in Gatlinburg Tenn. There are many amenities on site, especially a waterpark open year round. The rooms have a rustic charm with a fireplace and balcony included. The people are very friendly and helpful.

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE RESORT of the whole entire USA! The location is absolutely INCREDIBLE. The staff are wonderful! The views are incredible, and there is SO MUCH to do in the area from hiking, to shows, to fun and activities for ALL AGES!

My family and I love Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and Water Park. There are so many activities on site, an indoor waterpark, and beautiful surroundings. We hiked in the Smoky Mountains, took an excursion to a ghost town, and spent a day at Anakeesta. With Dollywood, multiple distilleries, and Parrot Mountain nearby, there's attractions for all ages.

This is a Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. The outdoor pools are heated which were an added bonus for me and the family. We will definitely frequent this resort.

Always something to do or somewhere to go at this resort! Its clean, beautiful and the views of the mountains are Awesome! Crafts, activities, shows, restaurants, & shops everywhere! Visit the aquarium, Cades Cove to see bears, Dollywood, The Island, or just relax on your balcony & remember. keep ANY food or drink out of your car, keep it locked &......DON'T FEED THE BEARS!! (Yes, there are black bears, but you never know if you will see them!)

Resort has so much on site.put put golf, restaurant,market,shuttles,zip line,fire pit areas, BB Grills Spa,Outdoor pools.And a water park. Endless Mountains view every direction. Wid life, BRING YOUR BINOCULARS.

Never a dull moment. Great experience 👍 Excellent location to pigeon forget Dollywod rides great restaurants. Oh..oh so many wonderful people and mountain terrain. You will go back for many years.....family n friends .Water falls ,kids rides. historical villages drive thru for miles,fun fun and more fun%%%%

There are so many onsite activities one could do something every day. The onsite store has a good variety of basic supplies and souvenirs to purchase and the onsite restaurant makes a fantastic bacon wrapped meatloaf. The resort is also perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so enjoying all that these towns and a short drive to access all the Smokies have to offer. An onsite firepit overlooks the mountains, a great place to unwind after a long day. BBQ grills are located around the property if you want to enjoy a grill out. The fireplaces inside the units keep everything toasty warm in the winter. And if that isn't enough the onsite indoor water park has multiple hot tubs, great play areas, slides, and a relaxing lazy river.

Fantastic view of the mountain! It is amazing in fall season. We had large 3BR unit with 4 Bathrooms, 3 kitchens and two units had washers, dryers. We enjoyed with our family and friends. There is also nice mini golf and great waterpark. AP

Convenient, Beautiful, & Picturesque

The fall is a beautiful time of the year.

Great location with close proximity to the National Park and surrounding Gatlinburg attractions. Full service resort with water park and onsite amenities.

The location and views are AMAZING! The front desk staff are extremely helpful and prompt in taking care of anything we have ever needed. This is a great location to stay as there is so much to do in the immediate area but also within just a couple of hours drive.
