Best resort in the Gatlinburg area. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. A full service resort with great views. Indoor waterpark, 3 pools, restaurants, putt putt golf and a fitness center are some of the many amenities.

This resort is incredible and so near to lots of entertainment options. A perfect hub for discovering all there is to see & do in the smokies!

The resort is ideally located between Gatlinburg business district and Pidgeon Forge. The trolly line has a convenient stop at the entrance of the Resort. With the Smokie Mountains and local businesses close by there are tons of activities available. If you do not want to venture out of the resort, there are also plenty of activities available. There are several outdoor pools, the Wild Bear Falls Waterpark, the Serenity Spa, miniature golf, on-site dining, outdoor firepits, gas grills, mini-mart for various essentials or snacks.

Close to EVERYTHING in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. We love spending the days hiking the multitude of trails in the Great Smokey mountains and then cooling off with a splash at the waterpark or one of the many pools at the resort. Mini golf, ziplines, and the arcade are fun ways to spend time around the resort when you're not at the waterpark. And the fitness area is great if you're trying to keep to your routines. We love the full kitchen as it cuts down on the costs of eating out. And the views from the back deck are AMAZING! Can't beat a vacation here.

We own at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park which is conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN. Love the rustic vibe and beautiful mountain scenery. So much to do on resort property including Wild Bear Falls Water Park, Mountain Top Infinity pool, Hot Tub, Serenity Spa, Restaurants, Mini Golf, Fitness Center, Marketplace Convenience Store, barbeque grills, several firepits and the Flying Bear Zipline. Free shuttle on resort so you do not need to move your vehicle to access activities on resort property. All of this on resort not to mention off-property activities in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Smoky Mountain National Park, Cades Cove, Sevierville and Cherokee, NC.

This is a favorite family spot of ours with onsite pools, a spa, firepit areas, and the best indoor water park around! Lots of amenities onsite as well as nearby!

Westgate's is ideally located at the edge of Gatlinburg across from the Visitor's Bureau. A trolley runs from the resort to the downtown area until late in the evening allowing a car free excursion down town with the family.

It's customer service is beyond par, and everyone does their best to make you feel at home.

I love the mountain views. It is quiet and kid friendly with a lot of amenities. Also transportation into Gatlinburg. Indoor water park is great, It's also pet friendly.

We love going to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and staying at Westgate Smoky Mountain. It is conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The room(s) are awesome! It is like being at my own home. The staff is very helpful!

Beautiful location just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and Greaty Smoky Mountain National Park. Excellent amenities and super friendly staff that are quick to respond to any needs.

Great location between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge near bypass road for easy access to the national park. Always clean and the staff is friendly, usually no concerns and if so, your assigned concierge will help you resolve it.
