How much does it cost?
The fee is $79.99 up-front, and a $99 service fee, upon a successful rental.Back to top
What if I don't have a week reserved?
If you own a floating week, points, or time with a vacation club, you will need to make a reservation before purchasing the full-service option. Please check with your resort or timeshare company before doing so, to ensure that rentals are allowed. You may want to take a look at our What's My Timeshare Worth valuation tool for your resort to see which weeks have historically rented the best.Back to top
Can I give you a week from RCI or II?
No — if you have a week obtained on an exchange, you will be unable to rent that week on RedWeek, as it is against both exchange companies' policies to do so.Back to top
How long will my ad run?
Unlike a standard DIY rental which runs for up to 6 months, full-service rentals will run from the point we receive and verify your reservation documents, up until it rents or 10 days before check-in, whichever comes first.Back to top
Can you take my last-minute rental?
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accept any full-service rentals within 30 days of the check-in date. That doesn't mean you wouldn't have success renting it on your own with our DIY option.Back to top
Can I choose to advertise it elsewhere simultaneously?
We do not require that you advertise your rental with us exclusively. However, if you rent it elsewhere, you will need to notify us immediately. If we send you a renter, and your week is no longer available for any reason — without notifying RedWeek — you will be responsible for the $99 service fee.Back to top
Will my posting show as "RedWeek Verified"?
Yes, your posting will be automatically verified by RedWeek, and your offering will get the RedWeek Verified flags.Back to top
How will I know when I have a renter?
We will handle all inquiries for you. As soon as we have a renter for your unit, we will help the renter create a lease-payment document on our partner, DepositGuard's Web site. As soon as their information has been entered, you will receive a copy of the lease, sign it electronically, and complete the process.Back to top
How will I be paid?
Once we have the renter's information and the lease built in our partner, DepositGuard's Web site, you will receive notification from us that a lease-payment document is coming. You will need to create an account with DepositGuard and enter your bank account information in order to receive an automatic deposit. The funds will be disbursed to you the first business day after the check-in date, barring any material disputes, as outlined in DepositGuard's terms.Back to top
Can the renter cancel and get a refund?
Unless otherwise specified in the posting, the default cancellation policy is as follows: If renter cancels at least 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total rental amount will go to the owner as a cancellation penalty, less agreed-upon fees. For cancellations within 60 days, the penalty is 100% less fees.Back to top
