Being the newest resort on Peak 7, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers spacious, studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. This luxurious slope- side/ski-in/ski-out, not just ski-in/ski-out resort is perfect for couples and families alike, featuring an indoor/outdoor pool and aquatic area, day spa, owner's library, and restaurant.
In addition to skiing, guests can enjoy fishing, horseback riding, hiking, biking and world class golf, making Breckenridge a perfect year-round destination.
Instead of studios, like at Grand Timber Lodge, Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has 1bedroom suites, with a separate bedroom. The "Independence" high-speed, six-pack chairlift just a snowball's throw away. Other features are Aquatics Area vs Aquatic, "Soothe Day Spa" and the world class "Sevens" restaurant. There is also going to be a putting green, and a playground.
The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 opened its first phase in May of 2009 and its second phase in December of 2009. Upon completion in 2014, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 will be the most affordable ski-in/ski-out real estate in Breckenridge.

Grand Lodge at Peak 7 in Breckenridge, Colorado makes for a truly luxurious get away. You'll feel pampered in every way and ... well, everything is just so convenient. In addition to all the amenities listed the heated indoor parking is one of my favorites. Make some memories... at GLP7!

Fantastic resort experience nestled right against Breckenridge Ski Resort in one of the coolest ski towns in Colorado. We really enjoy going up to Breck to spend time away from it all and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There is tons to do both at the resort as well as in the surrounding area. Highly recommend! We were very impressed and will be back.

Outstanding luxury resort with true ski in/out living, with pools, spa, restaurants and all the amenities you could wish for...
