We are also in the same exact situation. Paid cash to Playa del Sol and did not sign an agreement with BelAir. Haven't paid or used since Playa del Sol went bankrupt. Never got any formal notice that "BelAir" has any obligation to honor our Playa del Sol contract. Continue to get emails threatening to send the account to a collection agency. Would also like to know if anyone has actually went through the threatened collections process.
