How does club membership work (day use and bonus time) for resale that is not through the developer? I've heard that the membership is now transferrable but I've also heard there may be restrictions such as the new buyer could not have previously toured GTL.

Only owners can book bonus time a day use.

The ownership can be transferred and sold but the membership cannot be transferred.
