charges no upfront fee to sell your timeshare. They do charge a $1500 flat fee IF they sell your timeshare (no matter the selling price) or a 15% percentage of anything over a $10,000 'sold' price.
If anyone knows of other NO UPFRONT FEE RESALE COMPANIES, please list them here with the commission criteria included.
At least companies like the one above have to actually work to sell your timeshare even though their commission is rather steep.
