Yes. it is open and it is a great place to stay. However, it is always fully booked by owners, some of whom may rent privately on occasion but mostly they use it themselves or share it with friends. Phillips Club is a Private Residence Club, not a conventional timeshare. Owners purchase a 1/8 share of an apartment with prices beginning around $200K for a one bedroom. There are also 2 and 3 bedroom units available for purchase. Studios are sold out. Owners pay an annual maintenance fee and a daily housekeeping charge. Phillips Club also has a wing that offers corporate or other short stay rentals. I think that the minimum there is 1 month. This is being phased out and converted to units for sale.
