This has to be one of the top five timeshare questions asked every year. As many times as it has been answered you would think there would be no one left that doesn't understand this!
These members should be reading the rules and contracts they signed. I think most do understand and either just want others to say it is alright or for some its a sly way to let people see they have a top resort and week to rent it out!
I wish anyone caught doing this would be removed from the trading company after first time and never be able to rejoin! Then they have no choice but rent their own unit if they want!
Stopping these people would send notice to all these others hoping for quick buck that one time and your done.
Someone needs to start cleaning the timeshare business up and that includes removing up front companies and all these other sleeze bags in the timeshare world! PHIL
