Technically speaking, you can rent from any day to any day. You just have to find an owner who is willing to rent to you.

Phillips Club also has a program where they rent apartments to executives who need to be in the city for a month or more. This program is being phased out, as they convert those units to the private residence club format. They are currently selling those units for $180,000 for the studio and $215,000 and above for one bedroom.
