We are going to pay today, but letting them know we protest these charges. We have been told that if we do not pay, there is a huge 18% charge, plus $25. late fee, plus foreclosure, plus they can come after our assets. How true is the asset Part? Can they come after our homes and other assests to pay maintenance fees on a foreclosure if the unit is paid for? Can they come after the yearly fees until the owner dies? Do you know these answers. We have written Lew Gordon via e-mail for answers to many of these questions, but so far no answer. Not much support from Wyndham either, and we found out that LewGordon has an office at Wyndham, so is he their employee, and if so is that not a conflict of interest, for he is our timeshare ownership's organization Pres.
