We have had a company called J& A Real Estate Development contact us to list our 4 weeks at PB Sunset Beach. No upfront fees, they say they have commercial buyers that buy the TS for tax write off purposes. They are out of Chicago . The address checks out, but appear to have a differant phone number than there email to us, and fax. On line on there web appear two differant fax numbers and a differant phone number, same address, and email. WE were not necessary looking to list.
