My payment has not been received as well. Redweek customer support is anything but supportive. Those of us who have rented our units have SIGNED contracts between US and REDWEEK, not third party payers. If REDWEEK has an issue, they need to follow up with provider. It is incumbent on Redweek to pay as promised. Otherwise it shoukd be considered breach of contract. Anyone interested in pursuing class action suit?
