Just DON'T let any company talk you paying an upfront fee on the pretense that they have a buyer waiting in the wings. In the meantime, you may want to try renting your weeks. At a minimum, you should be able to re-coup your MFs. I see you already posted the same question on TUG; the answers are going to be the same. There is no magic formula; you have to come up with a reasonable price and start advertising on all the websites previously mentioned. Good Luck
