We are trying to get rid of Festiva Adventure Club, a 6000 a year point system. Contacted www.welovetimeshares.com who buy timeshares for pennies on the dollar. They were not interested in ours and did not make an offer. Timeshare Out tells us the will transfer the deed and all future liability but want you to pay them anywhere from $1000 to $5000 depending on what your maintenance fees are per year. Anyone have any experience with Time Share Out or another company I think called Timeshare Relief?
