I am aware that anything having to do with a Timeshare is a risky business and selling one is almost, if not, impossible. I was asking if anyone has had any experience with the specific company called Timeshare Out. You pay them to transfer the Timeshare out of you name and then they sell it to major players like Travelocity, etc. in bulk. But you have to pay them up front to take if off your hands. Is this simply another scam where they tell you they are going to sell it and don't after they get your money but this time they tell you that your money will be held in escrow until the transfer is complete and then they never do? So, back to my original question, Any personal experience with Timeshare Out anyone?
