Two Bedrooms/Two Bathrooms/Full Kitchen/Dining Area/Living Room.......Unit has 3 Televisions........Sleeps six. THIS WEEK IS THANKSGIVING WEEK MOST OF THE TIME. The price is $750.00 and the buyer also is to pay for all closing costs and all maintenance fees.

Not necessarily, but you must do your 'due diligence' by asking the owner of proof of ownership and proof that maintenance fees are up to date ..... then check with the resort for verification of such.
