So, I think I sold my timeshare...... (by Bd310):
So,
I found a buyer, agreed on a price, used TimeshareTransfers.com to handle the money/paper work, and contacted my resort and recieved a digital and paper copy that my deed was transfered.
My question is:
Is there anything else I can/need to do to ensure transaction is complete and that there is no way this thing is going to spring up ten years down the road to haunt me?
I want to be absolutely sure I am DONE with this headache.
I don't mean to offend anyone here but I found this timeshare industry to be more trouble than it was worth. It was supposed to be about relaxing vacations but turned out to be a constant source of tension for my wife and me.
Thank you for any information
