The thing about transferring a timeshare is most owners only have the opportunity to do it once or twice in their life, so it is hard to know what to expect or audit whether it was done correctly. I agree with blackdog3 that it isn't enough for the transfer entity to tell you that the transfer has been completed, everything must be verified. You worked with TimeshareTransfers.com as you said so you are in good hands. It is still a good policy to VERIFY everything with not just the timeshare transfer company, but also with the county and ultimately the resort. You should receive the final paperwork with the original recorded deed. This is your recorded proof of the timeshare deed transfer. Best of luck!
