I have experienced similar practices by the sales reps. It would be nice to believe there is a group that does what they say, however, I have little trust at this point. I am being asked to pay a fee once we go into contract, as well as getting my own financing for 1/2 of what we currently owe; in order to retain our current ownership and points. If they aren't legit; then I will owe the timeshare and wherever I borrowed the money from. See my dilemma?
