Please advise what you did while dealing with Priortities Management. More information about them is need on the internet to help others make the right decisions.
They have approached us with our timeshare at LaJolla in Mazatlan and advising a buyer is wanting to buy about 6000 timeshares at La Jolla so more information needs to be put out here.
Priorities Management has advised that they completed a similar acquisition in April of this year, however it was with a different resort and I can not find anything on the internet confirming that this did happen.
Timeshare owner information is held as a matter of public record in Mexico.
Priorities Management advise that Centurion title will hold the 25% of the sale (good faith) for the seller.
Seller is responsible for 10% of the sale transfer expense.
That the current market value is .95 per point.
That the sale will take about 3-4 months to receive the full funds.
