I have a friend who is always on these sites...she told me there was stuff posted about Prioritites Management and she knew I had dealt with this company to sell my Mayan membership....and told me to check it out. It looks like there are problems with selling your timeshare memberships, I guess I was lucky..I worked with this company early in 2012 to sell my studio, I did not have any problems....I did have to pay the transfer user fees to the resort but this was in my contract. I sent my funds and in about two weeks I received a receipt stating the funds had been paid on my behalf. It did take about 3 months for everything to go through but we received a wire transfer deposit inot a special account we had set up. We signed the documents sent via FedEx and returned them. Not sure about all the other stuff showing here, but this is my experience. Barb Seattle WA
