I have been told you are charged approximately 50.00 to change the reservation.
This is for a renter or a family member or a cousin, if they are not on the deed you will be charged if you change the name on the reservation within 6 month of the reservation.
This additional charge has never been to the board, it has never been approved by the owners and seems to me ripe for a class action lawsuit against Vistana. This covers all Vistana managed properties... We already each pay them over 100.00 to tell us that we have the right dates to the right week... I can't think of anything else they do...
I can't believe no one has complained or started a roster for a class action Lawsuit against this FL based company.
