resort taken over by Petchy leisure and possible doubling of maintenence fees

has any member been to a presentation by Petchy and been shocked by what they have been told

I was amazed at how much the maintenance fees have gone up by. When I queried the increase I was told that was the going rate to bring the resort up to 5 star standard.
