Lagoon side Units with Kitchen Help

What are these units like ? What is the kitchen like? We have seen 2 picture 1 with a smal maybe six foot sink and counter with dishwasher the other like a normal kitchen we have seen at Grand Mayan for Casa Maya? Any help or info about this location would be welcomed. Our 1st time in Oct. and a bit worried.
