When is the Seaside building with the Oceanfront Studio units starting and completing? Will take any info including strong rumors!

Hi Chris,

We just returned from spending a week at Morritt's. At the owners meeting, Dolph announced that an agreement has been reached with the insurance company. He also said movement on the 2000 building should begin within the next few months and should be completed within the next 2 to 3 years.

how long was the build on the first seaside building? I don't recall it taking more than 1 year?
