The maintenance fee at Costa Sur

Does anyone know why suddenly the maintenance fee has gone up so much and why the extra fees?

The reason is because of the high foreclosure rate,the maintenance fees were not being paid, so the people who enjoy their timeshare had to pay for the ones that let their timeshares go.
