How to rent in Cypress

I looking to contact some week Owner in Cypress II, to ask question regarding to rent a week. I´ve tryed to ask in the Cyprees with no success. Nobody answer. What kinds of care should Itake in order to protect the renter, the Time Sharing Instalation and myself. I live in Brazil so I think it´s much more difficult for me if I have any problem
