I am thinking of renting a timeshare using this website. If a timeshare says $1500 for a whole week, do I need to pay their maintenance fee on top of renting it?

No, absolutely not. Rest assured that the rental cost will more than cover the owner's maintenance fee (which must be paid before the owner can rent it out anyhow).
