Is there less interest in renting Hilton Hawaiian Village this year?

I've had essentially no "real" inquiries for my 2BR unit for Thanksgiving week. Usually, I get several responses--but not this time. Is the economy much worse off than we read in the newspapers? Or, has a more desirable resort opened nearby?

Also, there are usually only 1-2 lisitings for Thanksgiving week. This time, there are at least 4 listings. I've even lowered my price and still no interest. I am concerned.
