Help!!! Need info on deed transfer companies

I'm selling my Marriott and need to have a deed transfer done. who is reputable and what does this cost?

The "search" function is your friend; this question has been asked (and answered) many times, over and over again in these forums...

Figure on about $300, PLUS whatever Marriott charges (if anything) for their own internal processing or "transfer fee".

The BUYER should get to choose his / her own closing company, unless the SELLER is the one actually paying the closing costs. In either case, I would recommend one of the following closing companies, ranked in my own current personal preference. All are based in Florida and you can easily find further details via Google, Bing, etc. I have personally used #1 and #3 numerous times each. I have not used #2 (which is a relatively new company) but I certainly would not hesitate to do so: 1. JRA Services, Inc. 2. Express Timeshare Closings 3. Timeshare Transfer, Inc.
