Sorry for your experience but unfortunatly you delt with a closing company that was like lots of others-a scam! Sand n Surf is a hidden treasure and has a great manager too bad you did not go directly through them!!! We love it there and have met many, many satified Owners.

What a great get away place! Quite a gem! Not the Hilton but super clean, and great location! Great for young families.
