Request for Information on DRI Powhatan Plantation and Greensprings Resorts

I am seeking the following for both Powhatan Plantaton and Greensprings Resorts (I may compile this information for other resorts later): Type of Unit or Points owned. When it was bought What you paid for it. History of annual cost per year to you (maintenance/refurbishment/any other). Any governance documents for the resorts (covenants, bylaws, etc)

Without providing identities, I will publish this consolidation of information at least on this site, and most probably on the web. I want all to see what time share under DRI costs time share owners.

Reason: I will not take these maintenance fee increases laying down. Since they will set collection agencies on you if you don't pay them, I believe these mainenance fees to be nothing more than a form of LEGALIZED EXTORTION.

I have had it with DRIs never-ending option after option sale presentations sold as owner updates. I have had it with DRIs suffocating maintenance fees. I have had it with DRIs 20% of budget Resort Management costs. Rather than an owner in which DRI works for me, I feel like a bonded serf to DRI. I now hold a bitter taste in my mouth for my experience with Powhatan Plantation Resort. In particular, I hold a special resentment for DRI as my unordained task master.

Bought 2 attached sleeps 6 units (lockout) in 1992 as deeded week. Never switched over to points. Still looking for initial purchase price. History of annual costs since then:
