rental contract question

renting my unit for fist time. i've been reading about rental contracts and downloaded a samle copy. is it acceptable to get faxed or scanned signed copy from renter or is an original mailed to me recommended?

I think a faxed or scanned copy signed by both you and the renter would be fine.
