Extra credit card charges?

Just got home from week stay here only to open my mastercard statement and find not one but two charges added to our stay.. One for $20 the other $50! What a scam..Will dispute the charges as we were perfect guests,left unit in usual checkout condition and dont take kindly to hidden fees or some other BS they want to charge as we paid the owner direct. PS We did notice that NO ONE cleaned the unit or even the towels for a whole week.Not acceptable.
