Thinking of booking

We're Marriott Vacation Club owners in Marbella, Spain and are looking at two weeks over Christmas/New Year at Marriott St. Kitts. Looking for any advice relating to staying at the property at that time of year - is it so busy that you have to be in line by 5 am to get a beach umbrella/loungers etc? This is exactly what happens at the Marriott properties in Aruba at this time of year - not exactly relaxing!

Would be booking a two bedroom Oceanside villa - does anyone have any advice regarding which block to preference and presumably one should request 3rd floor.
