State of the Furniture and the Carpeting?

Last time I was there, the living room furniture was new but it was HORRIBLE, the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in. The carpeting was filthy and the screened-in porches were also filthy, both the floors and the table and chairs. I had to clean off the patio furniture and chairs to be able to sit on them and not have my clothes black. Otherwise, I really liked the place, but I won't go back for a return stay unless I hear that the floors are completely tiled, cleaned and comfortable living room furniture. Any answers?
