Wyndham owners be patient

Wyndham is in the process of owning the entire building over the next three years. Currently Wyndham units start on the 11th floor and are not all renovated at this time. With the exception of a Wyndham member service rep, no one in the lobby has any clue about things Wyndham as they are all employees of the former hotel. The reservation system is the hotel system (Wyndham reservations are, I think, called into them and, hopefully, get added to their reservation system (mine weren't and it took them too much time booking and rebooking me until I got into the two bedroom unit we had reserved through the Wyndham reservation site). I'm sure, once Wyndham get done, this will be a great vacation ownership resort but very much in demand.
