When you see two numbers with an oblique in the middle like that, it usually means how many bedrooms and how many bathrooms. So, 0/1 means no bedrooms (likely a studio) with one bathroom whereas 1/1 means one bedroom and one bathroom.

what does red week verified keen and what happens if you rent one that does not say that

red week verified is confirmed by Redweek that the proper paper work has been looked at and available to rent. This cost extra when advertising. This also can make the add stand out from the crowd. I sometimes use it, sometimes not.

If it does not say red week verified, the renter feels it is not necessary to spend the extra money to Redweek to rent the week out.

Redweek has information on all of us who joined the web-sight. This helps keep scammers away.

People who rent just want to get there places rented. Vacationers are looking for a place to go. Reputable places to look like Redweek keeps things pretty safe.

Trust is the biggest hurdle. If someone got ripped off you will see it in the forums here. No one wants that.

Happy vacationing ! Dave

Can anyone verify JWB vacations is not a scam? Trying to rent a timeshare and need to make sure they are legit. Thanks!
