When staying here can we use other pools at nearby Westin Resorts?

During Covid, this was limited but normally yes.

Not sure about that answer. The HOAs have been restricting use of pools between resorts. Security uses the pool towel color to identify which resort you are from and they ask you to leave. The trick is to get towels for each resort and be sure to use and exchange towels for the resort and pool you want to use.

When you check in they give guests "towel cards". You can exchange them at the poolside surf desks for clean towels at any of the resorts. Give a card, get a towel. Give back a used towel, get a card or a clean towel. You can then take your card to any of the sister resorts (there are 3 next to each other along the beach) and get towels at any pool. Then just return them at that pool and walk home with a clean card, rather than a wet, sandy towel.
