Annual maintenance fee per week of ownership?

Maintenance fees are currently around $800 a year for a two-bedroom unit.

Thank you... we really like 'Oceanside 99' in Ormond Beach. We will be watching to see which units come up for sales. Also, we are going to rent for a week this year, before we decide as to whether to purchase a week.

We have a home in Ocala, FL... (75 miles away)... we are both committed Beach Bums.
