If the All Inclusive fee is $155 per day for adult - that would be $2,170 for food and alcohol for a week. Can't you go to the supermarket and buy food for 4 weeks and about 10 bottles of liquor for that price? I know - it is a vacation and you do not want to cook. BUT - $2,170 is RIDICULOUS for food and drinks for a week!

There is a kitchen in the unit and a grocery store is within a taxi drive distance.
