Wish to purchase a timeshare at Barcelona/ occidental Aruba. Can’t get answer to how much are the closing costs. Any help would be appreciated, understand flexible relating to cost, need basic knowledge/ formula.

If this product is (as I believe) a RTU (right to use) contract without any actual ownership, it's basically just a "club membership". The procedure and costs to acquire or transfer any such "membership" contract is determined solely by the operation itself.
