I was told by Christine at the Quarter House that the price of my Penthouse was $12,500 Cash or $13,000 if Financed. I own week 45 for Unit 516 which is an excellent time of year to visit. The price shown on your inventory is $9500 for a unit at a bad time of year which is very cold. Why would I list my unit with you for far less than the quoted price?
