Looking to purchase a 2 bedroom penthouse at Grand Solmar - Does anyone know if "penthouse" indicates that the unit will be on the top two floors? Just got back from Imperial Fiesta club Casa Maya, 12/10/22, heard from some of the waiters that an upgrade in facilities is scheduled for next year and that parts of the buildings were going to be closed. Inquired at the main desk but they had no information. Anyone know about this?
